Alejandro joined ELACC in 2000 shortly after receiving his Master’s Degree in Urban and Regional Planning from UCLA. He originally worked as an Assistant Project Manager and by 2005 became the Vice President of Real Estate. Alejandro has 15 years of experience in developing multi-family and single-family affordable housing projects and supervises a team of real estate and asset management professionals in financing, development, asset management, and property management. He has intricate knowledge of all aspects of the development process including securing financing from various municipal, state and federal programs. Alejandro was a Senior Executive Fellow at Harvard’s John F. Kennedy School of Government Executive Education.
