Alice Salinas is an experienced affordable housing professional and vocal advocate for the working poor. She has worked in the industry for 25 years. Alice Salinas serves as ELACC’s Managing Director, Real Estate Development. Before joining ELACC, Alice served as the Real Estate Director for PATH Ventures, was the lead underwriter for the Corporation for Supportive Housing, the California Director for the National Farmworkers Service Center, and the Director of Housing and Public Policy for Esperanza Community Housing Corporation. Alice has a BA degree in Public Policy from Occidental College and a MA degree in Urban Planning from UCLA. Alice grew up in Pacoima and lives in Lincoln Heights with her husband and two dogs.
