Services: Members & Community Residents ELACC’s Tenant Services Program links the tenants of ELACC housing to existing services and resources in the community. The Tenant Services Team assists tenants in building an informal support network with each other, and encourages them to be proactive in tackling obstacles and barriers to healthy living.
