Eastsider Tidbit – “ I personally enjoy eating at Arctic Hotspot on 4th & Soto. Not only are the two owners the sweetest woman in Boyle Heights, but they provide an excellent menu packed with healthy and affordable foods. This place has a real connection to the neighborhood.”
