With all program areas aligned in their goal to improve an entire neighborhood, ELACC builds housing and other facilities that support a safer, more affordable, healthier lifestyle. But our mission does not end there. We continue to work with residents to create and take advantage of economic opportunities that increase incomes and assets, and finally, assist in developing leadership skills so residents can advocate for changes that support a productive and fulfilling life.
