Post-Purchase Education Workshops:
Innovative curriculum teaches new owners about
predatory lending/refinancing practices and other
financial pitfalls, such as repair costs,
budgeting, taxes, insurance, and other related
issues that can jeopardize home
retention.
Home Maintenance and Repair
Education : Hands-on training classes and
instructional manuals will teach homeowners the
basics of cost-effective self-repair and
maintenance techniques.
Post-Purchase
Counseling Sessions: One-on-one
counseling offering tailored assistance and
guidance, as well as referrals to community
organizations to deal with complex ownership
issues. |
