ELACC's essential role is as a Service Provider. ELACC and the Little Tokyo Service Center (LTSC) are in partnership for 3 large developments. They include PWC Family Housing (48 units), Professional Housing and Development Apartments (24, 17, 12, 21, 10 units) Pacific Islander Community Council Housing (44 units).
