 ELACC’s Tenant Services Program links the
tenants of ELACC housing to existing services and
resources in the community. The Tenant Services Team
assists tenants in building an informal support network
with each other, and encourages them to be proactive in
tackling obstacles and barriers to healthy living.
Events and services focus on strengthening educational,
cultural, and leadership skills, working towards the
goal of self-sufficiency. 
Los
Girasoles is ELACC’s first site to have “After School
Time,” an after school program offering homework help
for tenant youth. This site will also have a
tutoring and mentoring program for our elementary age
tenants. As our program matures, it will provide similar
services at other housing sites, including Paseo del
Sol, Lorena Terrace, and Cuatro Vientos. Please
