Our tenant services programs focus on helping our clients better address their day to day struggles, wether they be a lack of affordable childcare options, poor English skills or isolation in their community.

• After school program and program for youth
• Workshops and classes on health, immigration, financial literacy, and developing English language skills
• Partnerships with in house Charter School and childcare providers
• Tenant Action Committees to increase engagement with developments through projects such as building and maintaining a community garden, or an outdoor sports court

We believe that all of these ingredients, working together, are what transform a neighborhood and ultimately create better lives. It is this conviction, and our desire to challenge traditional development methods, which differentiates us from a typical Community Development Corporation.
