On Monday, June 10, join us with Supervisor Hilda Solis and development partners as we celebrate the groundbreaking of El Nuevo Amanecer Apartments in East LA! A partnership with New Directions for Veterans, our newest development will include 61 units of quality affordable housing, with 31 units of permanent supportive housing for homeless veterans and 28 units for low-income families (2 units set aside for management). As Sun Valley Senior Veterans Apartments nears completion this fall, the new development affirms ELACC’s commitment to tackling the homelessness crisis by constructing permanent supportive housing in East LA.
