The following properties are managed by ELACC, with units ranging from $850 to 1,350 per month in rent. A majority of our units are for individuals or families earning 50% to 60% area median income (AMI), which is approximately $49,000 for a family of four.

If the property is NOT listed above, it is managed by a third party. ELACC does NOT collect applications for these properties. You will need to visit each property and apply for each location on site. Please note: due to COVID-19, most properties have social distancing policies in place to keep everyone safe during this time.
