ELACC seeks an individual with strong leadership and collaborative skills to manage the smooth operation of the resident services at ELACC. The Resident Services Program Supervisor is an individual with proven expertise in supervising and managing staff, developing and managing community programs, communicating vision and leading program strategic planning. They will oversee the successful implementation of services to low-income tenants at ELACC’s various affordable housing sites.
ELACC seeks an individual who is passionate about helping others to work with lowto- moderate income clients strengthen their financial behaviors, build their assets, and become
financially stable. They will have experience working with diverse communities and understand the experiences of immigrant and low-to-moderate income individuals to provide clients with coaching to reach their financial goals.
ELACC seeks an individual with leadership skills and who makes quality a priority to oversee the day-to-day accounting responsibilities of ELACC and its subsidiaries. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: financial planning, analysis and reporting, grant financial planning, real estate portfolio
accounting, payroll and benefits compliance, audit, general ledger analysis and reporting, month end closing, and financial reporting and other special projects as assigned.
