ELACC seeks an individual who can work independently with strong leadership and collaborative skills and is also highly motivated and organized. Reporting to the Board of Directors, the President/ Chief Executive Officer plays a key role in developing ELACC’S strategic plan and has operational responsibility for ELACC’s staff, programs, organizational support functions, expansion, and execution of its mission.

FINANCIAL COACH- Housing Counselor

ELACC seeks an individual who is passionate about helping others to work with low-to-moderate income clients strengthen their financial behaviors, build their assets, and become financially stable. They will have experience working with diverse communities and understands the experiences of immigrant and low-to-moderate income individuals to provide clients with coaching to reach their financial goals.

Resident Services coordinator

ELACC seeks an individual who thrives in adding value to the lives of others, has strong communication skills and excellent customer service skills. This position will serve as the liaison between local services providers and residents of ELACC’s affordable housing communities.

Communications Associate

The Communications Associate will be responsible for executing a wide range of communications functions, including managing databases and supporting events in the Fund Development department and working to support the communication of all the organization’s initiatives.
